Hey Friends and Family!

Yep, I'm running short on time again today. But I just wanted to let
you all know the power in spending time with the Lord. I just love the
Lord so much. This past week was a bit different. But through it all I
was able to read so much scripture and pray so much and feel the Lord.
I'm so grateful for the Spirit. We were able to meet with three of our
investigators this week and had good opportunities to see how they are
doing. Though none of them made it to church this week, it's a new
week! Sunday night we did find a new investigator. I am grateful we
found her again. We found her two transfers ago and I know it wasn't
any coincidence that our paths crossed again. The Lord places his
children in the right places at the right time.

I love you all. It's super HOT. But it'll be great bc we are blessed
with a car.

Tucson 4th transfer

Hi Friends and Family!

It has been way too long. And I am so sorry! At least I have sent a
quick note to my parents to let them know I am alive, right? So much
has happened and I don't remember the last time I wrote. But transfers
just happened last week and I am staying in Tucson one more transfer.
Apparently the first Sister in YEARS to last past three transfers,
according to some of the members. So there is still a lot I need to
learn from the Campbell Ward and growing I need to do here. All I know
is the Lord knows better than I do. I feel good about this transfer.
The Lord has a lot of things in store and I know I will grow and
stretch and it may be uncomfortable. Pretty much everyone I came into
this area with is now gone or home so it's newer people but that is
okay too.

Umm...my mission got iPads so that is interesting. But again the Lord
knows more so I trust Him.

Elder Corbridge is coming to do a mission tour next week and I am so
excited. He gave the talk Th 4th Missionary and I have strived and
struggled to change so much since reading it. It is amazing and
inspired about giving our whole self to serve the Lord.

We have 4 investigators right now, 1 came to church yesterday. She is
so amazing! I just love her and her daughters so much. The Gospel
blesses families and the Savior changes lives. It's often
uncomfortable as we learn it but it becomes the most peaceful thing.

Love you all.

iPads to missionfield

Hello friends and Family!

My mission is getting iPads. This week or next week. But it is really happening. And we had a great big meeting yesterday where we met with Elder David F Evans and Bro Allen from the Missionary Department. The meeting was great. We were called to repentance. And it was full of love because that is what repentance is. An opportunity to change given by our Savior who loves us perfectly and unconditionally. We were told of something Elder Nelson said as they have begun to let missionaries begin to use technology, "The Savior is not disappointed with any who earnestly seek to repent. He is grateful, as are we, for the faith they have exercised, first in answering a call from a prophet to serve a mission, and second to repent and seek forgiveness through the Atonement of Jesus Christ."
Pretty amazing right? How could He ever be disappointed as we seek to come closer to Him? The invitation is given constantly in the Book of Mormon, repent and come unto me.
Their invitation to us was to repent of breaking any mission rules. Any past transgressions. And any times that we don't follow the Savior with all our heart, might, mind and strength. It is a great privilege. And I am grateful for the reminder.
They did talk a lot about the risks and temptations and they have a lot of safeguards in place. The centermost are striving to be intune with the Spirit, open and honest with our companions and mindful enough of our emotions before we try and look anything up on the ipad that would not be alright. It is such a blessing to be entrusted with this before we go home to develop these righteous internet/technology habits now instead of making it home, having been insulated for 18 mos - 2 years and falling into old things, whatever they were.
This is a great blessing of trust from the Lord.
I can't wait to let you all know more as it goes on. They are adding us to their iPad test group of missionaries so here goes!

I love you all!

I love the Lord and appreciate His trust in letting me be out here to do His work.
